Changing IPaddress on solaris box

Following are steps to change IPaddress on SOLARIS box
1) change /etc/hosts file
127.0.0.1 localhost
10.19.1.20 singam15 singam15.domain.com loghost1
2) change /etc/resolv.conf if needed. otherwise remove the file.
search yourdomain.com yourdomain.com
nameserver 10.18.3.4
3) change /etc/hostname.eri0 with
hostname
5) change /etc/netmasks file like following
10.19.1.0 255.255.255.0
6) change /etc/defaultrouter file with gatway address
10.19.1.1
